QIAGEN CLC Genomics Cloud Engine installation instructions

Installation instructions for the QIAGEN CLC Genomics Cloud Engine are contained in the Administration manual.

The following URL is needed during the installation process when you create the administration stack

AWS administration host CloudFormation URL: /deployables/admin/cloudformation/GceAdminInstance.template

The following URLs are needed during the installation process if you create one or more cache buckets

Basic cache infrastructure CloudFormation URL: /deployables/cache/cloudformation/GceCacheBucketBase.template

Additional cache bucket CloudFormation URL: /deployables/cache/cloudformation/GceCacheBucket.template

Command Line Tools installation instructions

Download the installer for your operating system and use standard OS methods to install the software.
